All visitors and vendors MUST use the gated entrance to our community on Maguire Road. There is no access for visitors or guests from Windermere Road.
If you are using a GPS application, use "11053 Reserve at Belmere Drive, Windermere, FL 34786" as the address for the front gate entrance. Once inside, then you can enter the actual home address you are visiting.
All visitors and vendors must provide a valid drivers license to the Access Control Officer on duty -- in the left lane at the gate. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
If residents use the visitors gate size, they must provide a valid drivers license to access the community as well.
Solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Parking Enforcement
The Reserve at Belmere has a Parking Enforcement Policy which states "...in no event shall a vehicle be parked on common streets and roads overnight between the hours 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m." This policy is being enforced and vehicles will be towed.
